We use a Carer Offer Form to formalize the process. Once submitted, the system automatically sends an email to the interviewee outlining the terms and conditions. For new employees, this email also includes the Fair Work Information Statement.

Confirmation: The candidate confirms their acceptance via return email.
Data Collection: The candidate completes the essential information form (linked in their offer email) for payroll and scheduling.
Compliance: There are separate forms for employees and contractors to ensure correct data collection.
It is mandatory that no new Carer starts work before they have completed the required forms and CareLinc has received all necessary information for scheduling and payment.
