Absolutely. You have full control over your service plan. You can specify exactly which tasks you want your support worker to focus on during their visit.

We understand the importance of consistency. While we cannot guarantee it 100% due to illness or holidays, our goal is to provide a regular support worker so you can build a comfortable rapport.

We offer maximum flexibility. If you have an appointment or a family event, simply give us 24-48 hours’ notice, and we will reschedule your home assistance visit to a more convenient time.
