What Makes an Invoice Payable?

Valid Service Agreement: There must be a signed Service Agreement in place between the participant and the provider, outlining the agreed rates and types of support.

 

Budget Availability: The service must align with an available budget category (e.g., Core Supports, Capacity Building) within the participant’s current NDIS or Home Care plan.

 

Correct Pricing: Rates charged must not exceed the current NDIS Price Guide or the agreed Aged Care Fee Schedule.

 

Compliance Verification: The provider must have active insurance and the necessary worker screening clearances (NDIS Worker Screening/Police Check) on file with CareLinc.
