Start by submitting your initial application through our portal. If your experience aligns with our community needs, we will invite you to build your professional profile and upload your essential credentials (ID, ABN, and Qualifications).
Safety is our priority. Once you have successfully passed our background and police checks and completed your online induction modules, your profile will be activated. You are now officially a CareLinc Helper!

At CareLinc, you have total control over your income. Unlike traditional agencies, you set your own hourly rates based on your experience and specialized skills. Because you work as an independent contractor, you keep a larger portion of the service fee. On average, our Helpers set rates that are significantly higher than the industry standard.
To maintain our high standard of care, we require all Helpers to have:
A valid Australian Business Number (ABN).
A clear National Police Check (conducted within the last 12 months).
Relevant experience or a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) for clinical or personal care roles.
A current First Aid and CPR certificate.
A reliable smartphone to use the CareLinc Helper App.
Yes. Safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. When you book and log your visits through the CareLinc platform, you are covered by our comprehensive Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance. This ensures that both you and the Member you are supporting are protected during every visit.
Absolutely. We believe the best care comes from a genuine connection. Our platform uses “Smart Matching” to suggest Members based on your location, skills, and even shared interests. You have the final say in accepting any visit or client. You can build long-term relationships with a few Members or take on various shifts to suit your schedule.
