Maximizing Your Hours

While the government sets the budget, we ensure your funds go further. Below are our standard rates for common services within the Full Service Membership:

Registered Nurse (Clinical): ~$160 – $250 per hour
Allied Health (Physio/OT): ~$195 – $220 per hour
Social Support / Transport: ~$99 – $109 per hour
Gardening / Home Maintenance: ~$109 per hour

Pricing by Classification (Independence Levels)

Independence services typically fall under Classes 1 – 4. These levels are for participants who are still mobile but need a “helping hand” to stay safe and active.

Note: The Care Management Fee covers your dedicated advisor and the coordination of your services. It is capped at 10% to ensure more of your budget goes directly to care hours.

Your contribution

Contribution amounts are set and assessed by Services Australia based on your income, assets, and the type of support: clinical supports, independence, or everyday living.

Private Care

CareLinc offers the best possible private care for immediate aged care support. Whether you’re looking for additional help or aren’t eligible for funding.

Home Care Packages

CareLinc offers a safe, happy, and independent environment with our Home Care Package. You get the care you need at home to maintain independence.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use my independence budget for equipment?

Yes. A portion of your budget can be used for Assistive Technology or home modifications that help you stay independent, though these usually require an Occupational Therapist’s recommendation.

Are there exit fees if I want to leave?

No. CareLinc does not charge exit fees. We believe in earning your loyalty through the quality of our service every single month.

What happens on public holidays?

Services can still be provided, but standard government surcharges apply (usually 2.5x the base rate). We will always discuss these costs with you before scheduling holiday visits.
