Under this model, CareLinc acts as your primary partner, managing every aspect of your Support at Home budget. From recruiting high-quality carers to ensuring clinical safety and NDIS/Aged Care compliance, we take the administrative burden off your shoulders.

Maximizing Your Hours

While the government sets the budget, we ensure your funds go further. Below are our standard rates for common services within the Full Service Membership:

 

  • Personal Care / Domestic Help: ~$100 – $109 per hour

  • Registered Nurse (Clinical): ~$160 – $250 per hour

  • Allied Health (Physio/OT): ~$195 – $220 per hour

  • Social Support / Transport: ~$99 – $109 per hour

  • Gardening / Home Maintenance: ~$109 per hour

Pricing by Classification (Independence Levels)

Independence services typically fall under Classes 1 – 4. These levels are for participants who are still mobile but need a “helping hand” to stay safe and active.

Your contribution

Contribution amounts are set and assessed by Services Australia based on your income, assets, and the type of support: clinical supports, independence, or everyday living.

Yes. A portion of your budget can be used for Assistive Technology or home modifications that help you stay independent, though these usually require an Occupational Therapist’s recommendation.

No. CareLinc does not charge exit fees. We believe in earning your loyalty through the quality of our service every single month.

Services can still be provided, but standard government surcharges apply (usually 2.5x the base rate). We will always discuss these costs with you before scheduling holiday visits.
