Whether you are currently on a Level 1 or a Level 4 package, the new system is designed to provide equivalent or enhanced resources to meet your evolving needs.

While many providers only offer basic support, CareLinc integrates Nursing and Allied Health into our network. This means your support isn’t just about daily tasks; it’s backed by professional medical insights to ensure your safety and help you build long-term functional independence.

Our platform gives you real-time transparency. You can see your schedule, track your NDIS budget usage, and view care notes instantly. This “digital-first” approach ensures you have full choice and control over your support without the usual paperwork delays.

We accept referrals from Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, family members, or participants themselves. Our intake process is streamlined to ensure that once you’re ready to “get on board,” we can match you with the right support network as quickly as possible.

Absolutely. Many participants use our Self-Funded option to start receiving care immediately while they wait for government funding to come through. This ensures you have the support you need now, with a seamless transition to NDIS billing once your plan is finalized.
