Step 1: Selection & Decision
  • Identify: Recognize the need for a new carer.

  • Advertise: List the role to attract candidates.

  • Interview: Screen and meet potential carers.

  • Decide: Select the right candidate to make an offer.

Step 2: Making the Offer

We use a Carer Offer Form to formalize the process. Once submitted, the system automatically sends an email to the interviewee outlining the terms and conditions. For new employees, this email also includes the Fair Work Information Statement.

Information required before filling the form:

  • First and Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Worker Type: Employee or Contractor (ABN Sole Trader)

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Casual (Most likely casual)

  • Offered Hourly Rate ($)

  • Official Start Date

Step 3: Accessing the Offer Forms

Step 4: Acceptance & Documentation
  1. Confirmation: The candidate confirms their acceptance via return email.

  2. Data Collection: The candidate completes the essential information form (linked in their offer email) for payroll and scheduling.

  3. Compliance: There are separate forms for employees and contractors to ensure correct data collection.
